My training taught me how to become a coach and Neuro Linguistic Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, TimeLine Therapist, and my life's journey allows me to bring authentic insight and compassion into the healing required to live a balanced and healthy life.
I chose this path because I learned first hand that it's possible to survive the traumatic loss of two children, PTSD from sexual harassment in the military, the devastating effects of being hit from an F5 tornado in 2011 that killed hundreds of people, and most recently, finding the blessings at the end of my 30-year marriage. After learning that I could survive these things, I learned how to thrive and live my new extraordinary life.
What this means is I have first hand knowledge and experience in order to help you make changes in your life, release limiting beliefs, negative behaviors, blame, guilt, shame, fears, phobias, while boosting your confidence, feelings of self-worth, self-love and so much more to help you live a healthy, happy life.
