At Ayurnosis, I blend Ayurveda and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy to create a truly holistic healing experience. Unlike traditional hypnosis, which focuses on behavior change through suggestion, transpersonal hypnosis goes deeper—it connects you to your higher self, spirit guides, past lives, and soul wisdom, allowing for profound transformation on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level.
Often times trauma responses and somatic pains stem from spiritual and emotional memories stuck in the body. I help the body process and de-energize these memories.
I tailor each session based on mind-body imbalances, chakra elemental needs, and sensory dominance, using guided imagery, nature symbolism, Jungian archetypes, and NLP subconscious reprogramming, helping you heal in multiple dimensions. Every session is a collaborative process where we craft a script unique to you, integrating personal affirmations and even dream insights. I use techniques like breathwork, emotional titration, and somatic awareness to ensure a safe and grounded experience.
