DESIGN CONSULTATIONS:
Gain new ideas on how to update your spaces. Identify what's missing, what's needed, bounce ideas off of me, ask for my opinions and recs, and learn more about my design process.
1-hour design consultations can take place both locally within the Northern Virginia area as well as virtually from anywhere!
What’s included in a consultation, you ask? After our initial conversation, I'll send over a brief pre-consultation questionnaire for you to fill out as well as request a few photos of your space. These will allow me to prepare some ideas beforehand that align with your design goals. During the hour, you can use me to bounce ideas off of or ask my opinions or recommendations for anything you’ve been pondering within your spaces. You can also learn a bit more about my process and how I work as a designer.
After we meet, I'll use everything I gathered from the consultation to submit a tailored proposal to you that will include an overview of my design service pricing for your unique project. If you choose to move forward (yay!), I’ll then get you placed on the Argueta Abode Designs schedule and you’ll be one step closer to having the home you desire!
CUSTOM DESIGN PLANS:
The all-encompassing, detailed, and evolving design document I'll create, tailored to your project needs.
My design plans are presentation-style documents I build out for each space to share inspiration photos, idea concepts, sketches, linked products, materials, layouts, color palettes, etc. for client review, feedback, and selections. I continually update these documents to track all design decisions, notes, and direction so everything resides in one organized place for all parties to have access to.
Design plans cover what your specific space needs whether it be a full renovation overview, only sourced furniture and decor, or solely decor finds.
RENOVATION PLANNING:
Don't go at your big renovation project alone!
By bringing me in at the start of your renovation to work with you and your contractor, you'll be able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing you'll have thoughtful design input, recommendations, guidance, and ideas throughout the entire process (and not be stuck regretting your choices later on).
I can help map out any structural changes as well as find the best materials and finishes for your design goals. I'll go shopping with you and/or source items on my own for your review and selection.
You will have a finalized design plan as a visual overview of all renovation choices for your contractor to work from. I can then be utilized as a resource throughout the work period both onsite and virtually to ensure all is aligned with the vision.
DECORATING + STYLING:
You love your furniture or recent remodel work, but your space still feels incomplete. I’ll find the right decor to bring in those dreamy finishing touches.
