I take the time to understand your personal preferences, interests and budget then provide as much information as needed to ensure that we have a mutual understanding. Whether we work with existing pieces or begin with new pieces, we will create the right look that’s balanced, inviting and looks amazing, making a house a home!
I love being able to show you subtle changes that make big statements and give that 'wow' factor. I also love sharing my professional trade pricing with you, making your budget stretch further.
Staging homes is also a specialty. Whether you need rental or new furnishings for a few rooms or the whole space, I have many resources. Or, if you'd prefer using your existing furniture, I can pare down and arrange for the quickest sale.
I'm licensed and insured and have two different rates: $100.00 for consultations and meetings, then $50.00/hour for everything after that (sourcing, research, administrative, follow-through, etc.).
