I believe that great interior remodeling and design comes from collaboration—working closely with clients to understand not just what they need, but how they want to feel in their space. Every decision has a consequence and I am here as part guide, part translator: helping bring clarity to the process, turning ideas into possibilities, and navigating the decisions so that every choice reflects your vision.

I am the manager, the guide and the artistic handbook. I strive to anticipate challenges, streamline decisions, and ensure that every phase—design, demolition, rebuild and final touches—is executed with clarity and efficiency.
Although my first priority is to help you create a great remodeling plan, I also want to help guide you through every stage of your project, including:

✔ Cabinetry ordering – Sourcing high-quality custom or semi-custom cabinetry from top suppliers
✔ Demolition & rebuild management – Overseeing construction, contractor coordination, and structural changes
✔ Full interior design – Curating furnishings, décor, and top-quality finishes for a polished final look

Pricing:
Initial free 30 minute in-home/office consultation (for locations within 20 minutes of my south lakewood studio).
My fee for Design and Planning is $95/hour... This is for creation of new floorplans depicting the finished dimensions, 3d conceptual renderings, selection of finishes, furnishings and materials. If more specific drawings with final selections of tile and cabinetry are needed there is the option to upgrade to CAD drawings. Cost for this is based on the size and scope of the project and can only be estimated after the remodeling design concept has been completed.
Full Project Management after Design phases 1&2: $125/hour or flat fee per project. Contracts and proposals are provided and agreed upon prior to each phase of the project.
Payment for phases 1&2: Half up front, half upon delivery of drawings and plans.
