Hello, my name is Jacob. I am here to help you turn your own or your guest's experience magical while also relieving you of the burden of remodeling and designing. I will take up all of the work, thought, and stress of the project by coming up with a design for the room, sourcing the material, gathering the material, and employing professional workers to help in making the room come together. I can come out to wherever you need me local or not. I will employ professional help to ensure everything is top notch for you and AirBnB ready! Everything that the themed room will need from coming up with the idea to personally putting the last item on the shelf is included to make the transition quick and affordable. This is definitely an upgrade that you don't want to miss out on. Expect big returns with these full room upgrades.
I charge $50 an hour. It’s about 5-10 hours to design and 5-10 hours to source material for each room depending on the project. Expect to pay a minimum of about $500-$1000 for each room.
