Welcome to my page! My name is Katie Marsullo. I’m a full-time realtor and interior designer/decorator. My roots started with flipping homes and working with investors. Major full home renovations on a budget are my specialty! There is nothing more satisfying than starting with a home that is completely run down and bringing it to life for other families to enjoy! After 5 years, I decided to venture out and start working with the general public as well. Now, creating spaces that homeowners want to design custom without breaking the bank. I thrive on working with a budget so my clients can update more around their homes/offices and create an entire space that’s beautiful and functional.
I can honestly say that I know the ins and outs of housing and construction. Over the years, I have approved many permits, worked alongside contractors, learned codes, and construction of housing. When redesigning a home, it’s important to hire someone with knowledge not just of design but also of construction. Along with 100+ homes I’ve redesigned, I have also sold over 30 million in real estate! One day you might sell your home, and any updates you do will increase your value. I create mood boards, assist with color palette selection, custom styles, and keep track of timelines to ensure that projects get finished quickly. We will be offering kitchen cabinets, custom cabinets, vanities, counters, tile, flooring, windows, bath tubs, accent walls, paneling, custom furniture, and much more! The best part is all my clients get exclusive pricing and get to work directly with me on all materials. The showroom is opening in 3 phases and will be over 10,000 sqft when done.
