TIMEFRAME:
Because I focus on maximizing space as it currently exists, with few major structural changes, I am able to plan projects within a matter of weeks and usually only need to devote 1-2 total days for installation.
VIRTUAL DESIGN:
For those seeking a more budget-friendly option, I also specialize in virtual designs, which include a 2D moodboard, 2D floorplan layout, 3D realistic renderings of your space, a customized product list, as well as several one on one conversations to diagnose your style and functional needs. PRICING:
The average price for most interior designers is $200 an hour. I choose to price my projects as one flat rate so the client knows the entire cost my of my fee upfront without unexpected hours billed. I can also charge by the hour if the client is not ready to commit to an entire project, or if more extensive or intricate work is involved.
