First and Last Commercial Services was born out of a burden that was carried while working for another cleaning company in Maryland, Cleaning all the local government buildings and court houses in Cecil County, Maryland.
It was in that place that God began to plant in me a seed about growing my own company and launching a customer first cleaning company that strived for excellence in the commercial cleaning industry. So, through humble beginnings we started with a small pest control company and then graduated to a Multi – Level office building, then expanded our services to Property Clean outs, Floor Maintenance (VCT Tile Cleaning, Auto Scrubbing, and stripping and Waxing) and quickly became the most sought out construction clean up company in the area.
We have cleaned everything between small office buildings to chain retail stores and it just keeps getting bigger and better.
Fast forward to 2023, We have launched here in the Tampa Florida area due to the answer of a call to be trained in the ministry At River University.
We are here and we are ready to provide Tampa with the same level of great customer service but with a focused emphasis on only Commercial Cleaning and Light Construction Clean up.
