Melissa is a diverse fine artist and painter with a bright, semi-realistic painterly style.
She is a published illustrator, author, and fine artist having earned her degree in illustration from Maryland Institute College of Art. She has several years experience working as an interior house painter as well, so she covers all surrounding areas with plastic and drop cloths.
Melissa has painted and drawn hundreds of portraits; pets and people, and painted murals in a local hospital, college, cafes, restaurants,
residential homes, and unique requests for her customers over the last 25 years.
*Please note that unless a taller ladder can be provided, Melissa’s murals are currently restricted to 8 feet high max.
