Let's remodel your home! I am CSLB class B-2 qualified, with a remodeler's license pending. I have been building, with varied consistency, for 30 years, but have at least 7 years of uninterrupted work I can validate. Somewhere in those 30 years, I completed a degree from UC Berkeley, and worked as a construction defect paralegal. I can read architectural drafts and know standard residential building code.
I am listed as a 'handyman' to keep lead costs down, but I am an accomplished remodel carpenter and tile installer (trim/finish carpenter, cabinet installer, tile setter, flooring installer and painter). I also perform light plumbing and electrical work.
