For our warm or cool weather flowerbed cleaning, sod installation, annual lawn maintenance, or irrigation repair estimates we charge an upfront $45 consult/estimate fee that must be paid ahead of the Technician's visit. If hired, the estimate fee is subtracted from the total cost of the project.

Additionally, we specialize in quarterly irrigation well pump maintenance and twice a year irrigation system checkups. We recommend our annual full service lawn care package which consists of: Lawn mowing (7 to 10 days of service intervals), trimming, sidewalk edging, mowing, debris removal, flowerbed weed removal, and trim shrub/hedges of 12 feet or less.
