I offer many ideas, but you become the deciding factor of what manifests. People often ask me to whip them into shape when they come to me. I use no whips or chains!! I am a very gentle coach who loves people to their vision. We beat ourselves up enough, it's time for a more peaceful existence and we can grow from that place as well.
