We are all here to learn. Those who work at self awareness do find increased enjoyment in life, and the ability to balance and handle challenges with more ease. With the right guidance, positive changes happen. As a Life Coach (Expert Rating Global Certification #3109233), I use a variety of methods, depending upon the client. I believe in my clients and it is an honor to work with you. I do in person or remote sessions. I have helped famies, individuals, as well as businesses (Human Resources Mgmt- Florida International University, #OPE0191).
As a Life Coach I use the methods of: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), life transition therapy, family of origin, Gestalt, meditation, Life Wheel, multidimensional mapping, and other ways of healing anxiety, stress release, or moving clients beyond fears and boundaries.
My goal is to help you figure out what works and how to heal what isn't working for you. Though we cannot control how others are at times, we can pull together a better map in how we each cope and live, and communicate our needs.
My other modality is energy healer. I also offer Past Life Regression Therapy, for clients who wish to do so. Those types of sessions are recorded, and can be viewed either as symbolic or whatever way my client wishes to see it.
In South Florida I utilized the healing methods, and still do, of meditation, and seeing ourselves as multi-dimensional. I use chakra balancing and grounding techniques for clients (if they choose that kind of session or wish to have a healing) to increase self-awareness, and confidence.
