I’m Tiffany Williams, a self-esteem counselor and certified self-confidence coach in Chicago and online.
I help the women who are always the strong ones, who take on all the responsibility, and who are downright tired. I see you and know that voice in your head tells you you are weak, that no one really truly knows you, and you are trudging along holding it all together. You are not alone, and I will be here with you, pushing you to show up for yourself without the guilt or the shame, being your cheerleader and guide throughout your self-esteem journey.
For women struggling with anxiety, social isolation, and depression as a result of low self-esteem I provide therapy and we will work on creating a solid foundation of self-esteem and self-love. Therapy is for you if issues with self-esteem and people-pleasing are so overwhelming that it’s impacting your self-care, mental health, job, relationships, etc.
For women who have a solid foundation of self-esteem and are ready to kick this people-pleasing habit to the curb, I will be your coach and give you the tools to be assertive and set boundaries. Coaching is for you if you feel pretty stable mentally and people-pleasing feels more like an unhelpful habit than something that’s taken over your life.
You deserve to be taken care of just as much as everything and everyone in your life! You, your needs, and YOU are important! I want you to show up and speak up for yourself fiercely, take off the mask of who you think you need to be, and show up fully as you are.
I am not here to save you, only you have the power to do that. I’m here to be your guide, to laugh with you, to cheer you on, and give you the tools as you build your confidence. We will meet weekly so you get results and see a transformation sooner rather than later.
