Monica has been counseling and coaching individuals and couples for over a decade, helping them navigate through challenging seasons in their relationships. Some of Monica’s specialties ranges from divorce/break up prevention, heartbreak or break up recovery, codependency recovery, and healing current or past traumas.
Monica also focuses on creating personalized paths for her clients to build a better life and better relationships/marriages by understanding self and others. She works together with her clients to identify patterns and root causes of their challenges and creating a new strategy/plan-of-action that will help the person/couple to live abundantly and thrive in their relationships/marriages.
Through her own personal journey of overcoming panic attacks, anxiety, paralyzing fear, negative core beliefs, self sabotaging behavior, deep depression and infidelity and codependency recovery, Monica acquired many practical tools that helped her build a new thriving and full life. Through her non judgmental approach and very compassionate heart, now Monica’s passion in life is to help guide others to their healing and wholeness by giving them the same tools that helped her in her journey.

Monica is happily married to her best friend and they live in Southern California. She is multicultural and speaks five different languages: Portuguese, English, French, Korean and Spanish. She was born and raised in Brazil and of Korean descent. Grew up attending an American school in São Paulo, Brazil, finishing her college studies in Paris, France. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, movies and cooking. But above all, what she loves the most is spending meaningful time with the people she loves.
