SESSION NOTES: I provide extensive session notes that I send back to you for recollection and reflection.
EXTRAS: I also provide extra reflections, exercises and questionnaires when appropriate to allow for a deeper experience that can help get the results that you want more quickly.
AVAILABILITY: I am available to you through phone calls, texts or email in between sessions to give extra support, encouragement or celebrate your wins! (Please know that I may need 24 hours to respond depending on how busy my day is. Just wanted you to know so that you wouldn't think I've forgotten about you!)
