I am available for women who are ready to commit to their journey. Consistent weekly sessions for 8-12 weeks is recommended at minimum.
Sometimes the noise of life creates barriers between us and our ability to access our true nature. My guidance is all about connection and collaboration. We walk next to each other to traverse the terrain of your own inner landscape. It’s about feeling, listening, honoring, learning and aligning with the still small voice within that is yearning to be heard. That voice that speaks of your dreams and your truest most expansive version of self.
The sessions:
I intuitively guide your mind/body with a number of techniques I practice including: meditation, reiki, shadow work, yoga nidra, breath work, inner child healing and rewiring/rewriting internal stories (or mixtapes as I like to call them).
