I Bring a touching, profound and positive approach to my healing work with you. I have 17 years experience working with the law of Attraction, Manifestation, Self- Development, Deliberate Creating, Self-Love, and Psychology. I studied A Course in Miracles and joined Marianne Williamson directly. I am a Sober Sister, motivational speaker, spiritual enthusiast and big believer in quantum physics, the art of healing ourselves and living in joyous expectation.

How I went from one toxic relationship to the next to reuniting with my high school
Sweetheart 20 years later and had baby girl March of 2022.
How I went from an addiction to drinking alcohol to now being sober 7 years.
How I went from living in my aunt’s basement with a suitcase to my name and my 15 month old baby. From a short 2 1/2 years I am living in my dream home I literally manifested in my life with the beautiful family.
How I ditched the 9-5 I hated and stepped
Into serving my passion and purpose.
Through everything that I have learned and applied I have completely turned my life around.
Now It is my passion and life’s mission to help bridge the gap for others from where they are now and where they want to be.

The truth is we think anywhere between 60,000-70,000 thoughts a day. 90% of those thoughts are from the day before.
So if you believe your thoughts have something to do with your destiny your life is not going to change very much, because the same thought leads to the same choice. The same choice leads to the same behavior the same behavior creates the same experience and that creates the same emotion.
You need to be more conscious about how you think , feel, and act.
You need to fire rewire new thoughts.
Like a garden you have to get the weeds out to make room for the new. You have to unlearn before you relearn. You need to Break The old self before you can re-invent the new self.
As Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. Nothing in life is to be feared it is only to be understood now is the time to understand more so that way may fear less.”
