I walk hand in hand with my clients to shine a light on blindspots that they are unaware of so that they may break repetitive patterns, ingrained beliefs, and stuck moods that really are causing them more harm than good. Ultimately those old ways of being aren't supporting them to live the life they desire. We connect to the heart of what truly matters and let go of the narratives that block us from living at our highest potential.
Along with coaching we also take a deep dive into Ayurvedic medicinal practices emphasizing on overall good health by focusing on the complete person. After 15 years of experience in Western medicine a desire for natural alternatives became a passion of mine. Instead of putting our focus on the dis-ease we shift our perspective to take a further look into the root causes such as stress. We implement new lifestyle practices as well as the use of herbal medicine and teas to maintain health, prevent, alleviate, and cure disease.
My desire is to awaken every aspect of your mind, body, and spirit. When we connect to our hearts we raise our consciousness and not only heal ourselves but our planet and generations to come.
