Hello! My name is Brian Rutz, and I currently reside in Milwaukee, WI. I am married to my wife of almost five years, and we have one daughter who will soon turn 2. I am a true Wisconsinite who loves the Green Bay Packers, spending time outside in the summer, and spending time with family and friends.
My passion for coaching people started when I was a college basketball coach. I saw firsthand how committing to a sport and a team can help you in life. A lot of my philosophies on goals, commitment, and resilience come from my time as a basketball coach.
I have experience working with a diverse group of people. I have coached athletes, CEOs, and managers in helping them reach high performance. I have also done behavioral health coaching, working with people in assisting working through anxiety and depression and finding ways to improve their lives through health goals such as improving sleep or increasing their activity levels.
Coaching is a great way to rediscover your strengths and use them to accomplish new goals and help you perform at your best. Coaching is future-based and shifts your mindset from fixed to growth. Nothing is more exciting for me than helping since they refind their purpose in life and reach high performance.
