As a life coach, I focus on helping women put on their oxygen mask first (just like on an airplane) before administering oxygen to anyone else, because you can’t give what you don’t have. I am a wife, homeschool mother, a writer and former school teacher. I have had to learn how to walk out taking care of myself first before caring for others so that I can run the race well and fully be present for others and all my responsibilities. This same skill allows me to be fully present for my clients.
