A little bit about me: I have a doctorate in clinical psychology as well as a master's degree in clinical psychology. I am a mother of two and have been married for 14 years. Over the course of several years, I provided individual and group therapy services to veterans (men and women) with a wide range of mental health challenges. Furthermore, I provided therapeutic services to married couples who faced marital challenges. My work experiences in mental health exceeds 10,000 hours, and in the last year I have established a virtual coaching program, helping others increase healthy habits, have better relationships, and become more confident.

Trauma Recovery Coaching
