After exploring your unique history, I will design a custom-tailored coaching program that utilizes somatic practices and interactive exercises to fine-tune the connection between your body, mind, and heart. This type of realignment will create a space for you to feel more pleasure and confidence in and out of the bedroom.
* I don't offer one-off sessions. My coaching is available in packages only, and it's the best way for me to ensure that you'll create a lasting change in your life.
GETTING STARTED
We'll begin with a complimentary Discovery Call during which I learn about your desires, hopes and dreams; share more about my coaching approach, and see if we might be a good fit.
The initial coaching package includes:
* 75-min long sessions three times a month
* Email support between sessions
* Personalized resources (videos, guided audio practices) related to things you need to work on
* Action steps between sessions, in order to help you integrate the tools and practices into your life
* Your commitment: 4 months (and you don’t need to commit until after the first session)
