Terms and Conditions for ST-LUX Transportation Services
1. Arrival and Waiting Time
• ST-LUX Transportation Services will ensure the driver arrives at the designated pickup location 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• A grace period of 5 minutes waiting time is provided after the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may result in extra charges at the discretion of the driver.
2. Reservation and Payment
• All bookings must be confirmed with accurate details, including pickup and drop-off addresses, time, and number of passengers.
• Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to service. For confirmed bookings, payment is required upfront or upon pickup unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• For cancellations within 3 days, refunds are subject to review, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage
• The vehicle capacity, including passengers and luggage, must align with the safety guidelines. ST-LUX reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is overloaded or if conditions pose safety concerns.
5. Smoking and Cleaning Fees
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all ST-LUX vehicles. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for any violation.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is left excessively dirty or damaged.
6. Service Refusal
• ST-LUX Transportation Services reserves the right to refuse service if the driver feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or if any terms of this agreement are violated.
7. Liability
• ST-LUX Transportation Services is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen incidents.
• Passengers are responsible for securing their belongings. ST-LUX Transportation Services is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Car Seats
• Passengers are responsible for providing appropriate car seats for children, as required by law. ST-LUX can provide car seats for an additional fee upon prior request but cannot guarantee availability without advance notice.
