I’m Maya I. Santiago. A make-up artist, lash artist, and the CEO of Maya’s Faces Makeup Artistry and Lashes. Born and raised in Queens, New York after building a brand in my city, I’ve decided to expand in Miami.
( I was born and raised in Queens, New York and now am based in the beautiful city of Miami) I’ve grown my artistry and passion for make-up. My inspiration for my profession is capturing and extenuating the beauty of my diverse canvases and transforming them into what they invision. In doing so, I have broadened my skillset into special effect (SFX) make up and body art. Growing up my mother was a sketch artist for fashion design at F.I.T. College in New York and through my admiration and many years of watching her I came to love art. I knew then from such a young age that art is my calling. My passion for makeup erupted when I moved to Miami and attended an event by Orijahnel from O.M.G makeup group. Orijanel inspired me to officially become a makeup artist in 2015.
