My mission and purpose is to help individuals and couples find healing. This can be in the form of helping an individual work through past trauma, anxiety, or depression. Or in the form of helping couples find hope and restoration in their marriage. My work focuses around codepency and breaking free from the chains that define every relationship, if you are still living under it's lies. So many people bring pain from their past into their relationships and marriages and don’t even recognize it. I try to help people see where their negative beliefs, patterns and communication styles actually originate, and help them break free from them. In all of my work, my goal is to help my clients grow and find hope that where they are today is not where they have to stay.
