About

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC); Certified Addiction Counselor with state of Florida. My additional degree accomplishments are: doctoral ministry, master's counseling and mental health, masters in human resources, masters in ministry, bachelors in sociology. My provider number is 5106-A: I am a provider of continued educational credits to health care professionals to help them maintain their annual certification educational units. (CEU's) For over 30 years I have been working in the field of substance abuse and mental health to help my customers reach their treatment goals.

In my delivery of services: I utilize various treatment approaches (1) solution focused therapy, (2) motivational interviewing, (3) cognitive therapy treatment. In addition I will introduce to my customers the 12 steps of recovery as the 12 steps provide guidance and support to help individuals in recovery develop principles to manage their lives drug free.

A first step towards reaching your recovery goals is to ask for help: I would like to note, a journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step. In your sobriety efforts, the task may initially seem impossible, however incremental small steps in your recovery has the potential to transform in a committed life of recovery utilizing tools in recovery.
