Hi! Welcome to Green Light Therapy. I have a master's degree in mental health and eight years' experience working with groups and individuals in a variety of mental health settings. I believe that encouragement and positivity are vital parts of being supported as you grow. I know how difficult it can be to try to change a behavior, relate to a family member or loved one in a new way, create opportunities for cohesive team building, or just invest the time to authentically show up in life. Growth is often a gradual process. It asks for a willingness to be open to change. I commend you on being here to take the first step, whether for yourself, your family, your spouse, or your community. Just as a plant pushes up through the soil to stretch and reach for the sun, humans, too, make truly heroic, often quiet, but always brave, efforts to identify and appreciate the sources of light in our lives. Ideally we continue to learn and grow and find a sweet spot where we are thriving, content and become able to pass that positivity along to others in who we are and what we do. This is how the idea of "Green Light” was born, and it’s really quite simple. Green Light is nature's promise that humans, too, can photosynthesize, both individually and in groups. Each of us holds the tools for change, growth and alchemy, all inside the blueprint we were born with. At Green Light, my job is to help you realize this essential truth and apply it to your daily life, relationships and challenges. Currently I am offering a lower introductory rate to new clients as I establish a presence within the Thumbtack community. Our first meeting will offer the opportunity to connect, talk about your goals, and decide together if there’s a good fit.
