About

With years of experience and a broad base of knowledge extending outside of my focus subjects I can often bring new insight to tutoring my students which increases their understanding and learning. For instance I have been able to connect historic fashion with long term climate trends for Earth Science students connecting my lessons to their study of Shakespeare (Renaissance) in English, the Medieval Period in world history, and Rome in Latin.

Connecting with my students and tailoring my explanations to their best learning method. Essentially being able to constantly assess their understanding and adjust my teaching to suit the needs of just one student at a time.

NOTE: Until Covid-19 is completely under control I will only be offering remote tutoring. I have taught math remotely full time before.
