I’ve been trained on multiple processes of welding steel, stainless-steel, aluminum , exotic metals in GMAW ( MIG), SMAW ( Stick), GTAW (TIG), Plasma, and Oxy-fuel . I’m a certified welder tested by American welding society (AWS), Canadian welding bureau (CWB), ASNT NDT level II Inspector, AWS Welding Engineer, AWS trainer / educator / inspection and setup the AWS accredited testing facility ( ATF) in San Antonio in 2010. Member of local AWS chapter and past chairman for multiple years.
Custom designs of metal art signage, Prototype metal designed with auto desk AutoCAD . We use a large CNC Plasma cutting table 7 feet x 18 feet to cut from thin to thick pieces of metals.
Have created custom Firepits , BBQ grills, trailers , custom signage by customer requests , gate entrances, wrought iron fencing, wrought iron gates with custom themed metal art, trailer repair, custom fabrication of trailers, pool fencing, pool gates, patio railing, fabrication of parts & truck hunting attachments, custom specialty lighting attachments, structural steel storages, out building, custom coverings of areas, industrial repairs on equipment, tractor repair of accessories, custom fabrication of outside / inside furniture with or without designs cut into metal and repairs been completed on site with mobile welding rig as needed.
