Extra charge:
Paint cans: We charge extra because the way they need to be disposed (hazard / chemical) we only charge if they have paint in them, if they are empty there is no charge. small paint cans $5 a piece
1 gallon $10
5 gallons $20 no exceptions
Piano removal $299 first floor $399 2nd floor
If there is no elevator
2floor $30 extra charge NJ
3rd floor $50 extra charge NJ
4th floor $60 extra charge NJ
NO EXTRA CHARGE WITH ELEVATOR
We do not do cleaning, everything needs [to be packed and ready to go.

Labor cost:
150 an hour for two guys 2 hours minimum
200 an hour 3 guys 2 hours minimum
Free garbage bags to all clients
7% Tax must be collected at all times
We are fully licensed and insured
I can provide you if the COl if needed ( CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE)
People are going to call to remove one mattress or boxspring that's the only time we charge $99 per piece if its both $149
we do not do dirt, sand, rocks, or concrete.
