For the remaining balance; due at your appointment, we prefer cash or Zelle (no fee). Other accepted methods are Thumbtack In-App Payment, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card, and Debit Card, with a $5 processing fee for amounts under $150 and a 4% fee for amounts over $150.

Receive a 10% discount by paying in full in advance at the time of booking, or with coupon code '2025', when booking online.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS WHEN SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER

Please inspect your shipment before your appointment.

• Are the boxes damaged from shipping?

If we cannot perform the service due to damaged, bent, missing parts, or missing assembly directions, the remaining balance is due at that time.

*Customer No-Show Procedure*

You will receive an appointment reminder via text the day before your scheduled time. On the day of your appointment, we will notify you via text when our crew is en route with an exact ETA.

If no one is present at the service address, nobody answers the door, or if access cannot be gained using the specified remote method (e.g., Wi-Fi lock, garage keypad, unlocked gate), the following steps will be taken:

• The Crew Leader and Office will attempt to contact you via phone call and leave a voicemail if possible.

• Next, they will send you a text message.

• We will wait up to 35 minutes for your arrival.

• If communication is not received and access cannot be gained, the appointment will be canceled.

*RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION REQUESTS*

Payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once submitted, they cannot be reassigned to another date, time, or service.

Upon confirmation of your appointment, that specific time slot becomes unavailable for other clients. Consequently, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment is not permitted once it has been booked and confirmed.

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to reschedule, you will be required to initiate the booking process anew by canceling the original appointment, submitting a new deposit, and securing a new date and time.
