- After 50 miles from original location to that of the customer and customers provided location: $80 additional (flat fee)

- After 100 miles from the original location to that of the customer and customers provided location: $100 (flat fee)

- After 100+ miles from original location to that of the customer and customers provided location: needs further discussion with the customer
