I enjoy providing skilled, customized integrated varying depths from gentle, light touch to deep tissue massage therapy(I'm stronger than I look!) I tend to have more of a detailed therapeutic style, getting into the attachments and working through the trigger points or scar tissue/fascia buildup.
I really strive to help get to the root cause of my clients pain and discomfort in their tissue, whether it's physical imbalances from repeated use or injury, emotional stress, spiritually related, or all of the above.
I understand that connection and building rapport with my clients is important to build the trust that they need to be in the healing space to help them get to the next level in healing. Open communication about what you need is what I need to best help you. My sessions are customizeable from how much you like or don't like chit chat/intuitive readings during, to the depth of pressure, whether or not you want to be stretched (which feels SO great and is so beneficial!), and if you want energy work or reiki involved as well, and if you're curious as to what intuitive things I see or feel during the session.
I'm passionate about helping my clients dive deeper and figure out where their pain comes from so that we can work with the root of the issue and find healing from the inside out. I love educating my clients and empowering them become their own versions of being an expert of their own body and experience. I also really love helping to support people in finding their truest version of themselves, so that holistic inner peace can blossom. I love holding space for each and every client so that they can get the most out of every session. If there is an unresolved issue that I'my having trouble finding resolution, I am always making sure that I go home and do my research, changing up each session to strive for progress each time.
