MASSAGE SERVICES
While I generally describe my style of massage as a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue work, I am trained in numerous other styles of bodywork including Shiatsu, Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Reflexology, and Reiki. I like to offer work that is gentle and deep, nurturing and integrated to meet my clients’ needs. My goal is to have my clients walk out of my office feeling amazing and to offer work that offers a solid foundation for physical and energetic healing.
ENERGY THERAPY & COACHING SERVICES
Energy Therapy sessions offer Life Coaching with an emphasis on subtle body awareness and healing. I often describe this work as bodywork within a psychotherapeutic framework.
Sessions are dynamic and can unfold in a number of ways. Energy therapy coaching may be used as support for physical issues, illness recovery, healing from stress, trauma, and loss, and to help people deepen their understanding of themselves, gain confidence, happiness, and discover purpose, meaning, and spiritual understanding in their lives.
This work is also great for those who want one-on-one support in understanding their subtle body system, how to receive information through the chakra system and auric field, and overall go deeper into the practice of energy medicine.
