My name is Ruben and I'm the founder of Hands On Incorporated. I recently worked for The Alliance of American Football as a massage therapist for San Diego's professional football team, Fleet. I am a National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB board certified) advanced sports massage therapist as well as a CAMTC certified neuromuscular therapist and health educator. I have 1300 hours of hands on training in modalities from both eastern and western cultures. I volunteer every other week at UCI Medical Center providing neuromuscular therapy to doctors and nurses.
