I am happy to practice Rolf Method of Structural Integration, an alignment based bodywork that focuses on working with the fascia to release and hydrate the tissue, alleviating chronic pain and postural holding patterns.
It is life changing work that I am so grateful to share and support others in finding new awareness and freedom the their bodies.
I love being able to help people take time for themselves, allowing for relaxation and change in the body, giving the being the ability to let go and deeply exhale.
I am also available for therapeutic relaxation massage. I combine deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and cranial sacral therapy to custom tailor each session to the needs of the client.
It is my honor to hold the space for the healing and wholeness of the body, mind, heart, soul and spirit.
