Even as a former pro swimmer, I struggled to stay in shape until I embraced a more gentle, effective approach. Pilates and breathwork transformed my body and mind—and I’ve seen it do the same for dozens of women. With mobility exercises, you’ll allow your body to move freely and let energy flow.
My approach includes an animal-based diet and personalized macros, letting you enjoy a nice steak with friends and family while still melting excess body fat, eliminating sugar cravings, and lowering cholesterol.
