• My first initial assessment is $180: this includes a written report of a Nutrition and Diet analysis based on a comprehensive questionnaire that you will complete and includes a follow-up meeting with an explanation of what everything means

• Coaching Sessions are $90 and include discounts when purchased on a monthly basis

• You will receive written information and instructions for everything that you learn from me to keep and use again in the future if need be

• No contracts and no long-term commitments
