I am a private chef and nutrition educator. I hold a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales, an Education degree from NYU, and a Law degree/license. I have worked for many families (including high profile and celebrity clients) and institutions over the past couple of decades, but I also love doing one off special events (calling all bachelorette parties). I have studied nutrition and international cuisine extensively, and I enjoy the challenge of creating new menus which cater to unique individual needs and tastes. I am an ACF Certified Culinarian as well as a certified Food Safety Manager, Dining Room Associate, Wine Steward, and ServSafe Alcohol Responsible Alcohol Server.

If you are interested in having me cook for you, my goal is to have your food look and taste great while adhering to whatever dietary parameters. Regardless of preferences based around food allergies, overall health and beauty, or religious/ethical beliefs, I believe strongly in facilitating environmentally- and socially-conscious change by purchasing local, sustainable, and non-GMO or organic whenever practicable. As a result of my healthy diet's revolutionary impact on my own physical and mental wellbeing, I am also available to provide suggestions and encouragement to anybody struggling to make similar changes because I know it’s not easy.
