We specialize in providing our customers with multiple course, restaurant style, private dining experiences. Based in Joliet, we serve the greater Chicagoland. We bring fresh ingredients, cooking tools, and cleaning materials. You provide the kitchen and dinnerware, and we take care of the rest. We wear a mask, sanitize, socially distance, and usually leave the place cleaner than we find it.
Chef Bradley Skoczylas has been Classically trained but is not limited to French cuisine from American Culinary Federation accredited Le cordon bleu, Chicago. He's been an executive chef for Hilton, universities, and restaurants making many different dishes from short order to large parties.
Together, we create a menu and an experience. There are no limitations other than our imaginations. We serve events of all sizes, let's create something memorable.
