I have worked in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, the Caymans, Southeast Alaska, Newport,RI, Philadelphia, Monterey, Los Angeles, Portland and Myrtle Beach. I specialize in those with dietary restrictions and special diets. I use organic ingredients whenever possible, local meats, produce and sustainably sourced seafood. I love to create my own spin on regional and global dishes, heavy on produce, and well balanced. I also have a wine and cocktail background, as well as fine dining service, management, and corporate catering experience.
Certified in Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, and Food Safety. Ongoing training in food allergies, culinary dietics, vegan, vegetarian, raw, Paleo, elimination, etc.
