Kalina Poppins aims to provide easy lifestyle changes to create long lasting change for a lifetime! Nutritional Health Coach and mental health and wellness advocate. I like to asses your daily life and see where we can create simple changes and develop positive action steps to attain your goals.

I was able to create life long changes within my personal health and my families and enjoy helping others tend to their personal well-being in both diet and mental health and wellness. One thing I am also passionate about is my cooking classes. Simple cooking is key to transitioning!
