Growning up in a single parent home in Jamaica. My mom would go to work and I would prepare dinner for the family when I get home from school. I would watch my mom eat the meal I prepare and the satisfaction on her face (memories). This is when I discovered my passion for cooking. I came to america and went to culinary school and I have over 12 years of experience. I have worked with old, young and in between.
