I'm Mike Trost, the Ambassadors Chef. As the Personal Chef for America's former Ambassador to Belgium, I had the pleasure of living between New York City, Sun Valley, Idaho and Montiecto, California where I served the Ambassador as well as his discerning family, friends and guests for seven and a half years. Over the course of my exciting and rewarding career I planned, prepared and presented everything from intimate dinners for two to cocktail and dinner parties for more than 100.

Today I am a full-time resident of Palm Springs who specializes in catering and meal service for Vacation Rentals, Multi-Course Dinner Parties, Family Style Meals, Buffets, Cocktail Parties, Brunches, Lunches, Bachelorette Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Weddings, Barbecues and Birthday Parties. I can provide you and your guests with superior service on site or simply drop off complete meals for ultimate safety and privacy.
