My name is Chef Carlos and I have been a Chef/Executive Chef for over 20 years in San Francisco. I got my start under Michael Mina at Aqua restaurant in the city. I now reside in Tracy and love being able to create a private chef experience or caterings for clients.

At Porras Solutions we love organic, fresh products and the quality that California has to offer. Private chef for that special anniversary dinner, birthday dinner/party, private events, cooking lessons, and meal planning for those nights you just don't feel like cooking.
