I am originally from Melbourne Australia where I attended William Angliss institute of Tafe (One of Australia's most prestige culinary programs). While attending culinary school I was fortunate enough to work in Melbourne's iconic Stoke House restaurant that was rewarded with 2 hats. From there I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world learning and working in some great restaurants. Travelling to England, Asia, South America, Central America, New Zealand and many more countries. In my recent years I was the Executive Chef at Grasings Coastal Cuisine located in Carmel by The Sea. We catered many high end wine dinners and served guests lunch and dinner 7 days a week using only the best local sustainable and organic ingredients. Prior to that I was the Executive Chef for the Evergreen Lodge located in Yosemite National Park for 6 years. We Served high end food to guests from all over the world including weddings for up to 200 guests every weekend. So I am well rounded when it comes to any type of cuisine. Now I am a full time Personal Chef. I want to bring my knowledge about amazing cuisine to you. I am offering in home cooking classes, 5 to 6 course high end fine dining dinners, Barbeques or any gathering where you would need a meal cooked for you.
