Hello, my name is Gregory Kalatsky better known as Chef Gregory and I am known as one of the best Chefs in the area. After graduating culinary school I was off to Europe and trained by the same chef that trained Wolfgang Puck, I have been a caterer for over two decades with hundreds of satisfied clients. I am extremely passionate about food and very detail-oriented. I have a lot of specialty skills in Pacific Rim cuisine, Italian, Mediterranean, Memphis style barbecue (I have been doing world championship BBQ competition since 1999 consecutively except for this year) along with traditional American cuisine. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I have an extremely solid foundation and my focuses are on quality, I don't cut corners, and I can accommodate dietary needs and restrictions for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan cuisine if necessary. I know that all foods are not created equal, and sometimes you can find a caterer that will do it for a lot less money but you're going to get a lot less quality. So it's kinda like the old question where you go out for sushi and the guy says I can give you six pieces of mediocre tasting sushi, or I can give you two pieces of excellence sushi both cost the same, however, the choice is clear.
