About

My Story

Throughout my career, I’ve had the great fortune to work on some truly inspiring projects, while meeting many influential and creative individuals along the way.

I Graduated from the Culinary Institute of Virginia in 2015, from there I worked at Colonial Williamsburg in many different culinary postitions, after that I moved on to Waypoint Seafood and Grille and was mentored by Chef Hans Schadler.. While at waypoint I had the opportunity to cook for Ozzy Osbourne and Richard Petty.

Executive Chef Hans J. Schadler savors a culinary career that spans more than 45 years of cooking for multiple Presidents of United States, heads of state, royalty, dignitaries and countless hotel and resort guests from around the world.

From there I moved on to The Williamsburg Winery where I was hired to take over their Banquet program, before I arrived they outsourced catering companies. In 2017 I was hired as their banquet chef and I continued to thrive. While at the winery I executed all corporate events, weddings, marketing events, diamond resort events and concerts for up to 2,200 people. I cooked for Celebrities while at the winery including: Jason Mraz, LeAnn Rimes, Andy Grammar, MAX, and Hanson.

From Waypoint I moved on to my First Executive Chef Role in Gloucester, Va at Kelsick Specialty Market.

Where I did several culinary feats like, a cooking demo on the Hampton roads show, Was featured in Virginia living magazine and the local scoop, got to learn bee keeping and even made a beer.

Most recently I was the Executive Chef over at Creekside Cafe and Market In Hayes, Va. Where we had a full service resturant and Catering company.

I have decided to pursue my private chef business full time and have seen tremendous success!
